He researched the human anatomy. Physics and math played an important role with the results. During the time he was keeping the left brain occupied, distracted with math and physics formulas; his right brain was free to create without any force or the effect of logical thinking, once they were ready, he was able to use both sides of the brain in balance. To be able to live a life in those principles, played an important role of his great performance I believe.

Einstein also explained it as; The words or language, as they are written or spoken, do not seem to play any role in my mechanism of thought. The physical entities which seem to serve as elements in thought are certain signs and more or less clear images which can be voluntarily reproduced and combined. He could be able to see the certain connection between elements and relevant logical concepts. He also found out that there is productive thought, before there is any connection with logical construction in words or other kinds which can be communicated to others. So Einstein was clearly full in touch with the consciousness of the right brain.

Mozart described his apparently subconscious process of musical composition in a famous letter.

When I feel well and in good humor, or when Im taking a drive or walking after a good meal, or in the night when I cannot sleep, thoughts crowd into my mind as easily as you could wish. When and how do they come? I dont know and I have nothing to do with it.

Those which please me, I keep in my head and hum them; At least others have told me to do so. Once I have my theme, another melody comes, linking itself to the first one, in accordance with the needs of the composition as a whole: the counterpoint, the part of each instrument, and all these melodic fragments at last produce the entire work.

When the composition was complete, Mozart often wrote down the notes directly from the musical image in his head. Sometimes, as he wrote out the score, he would even have his wife read to him to occupy his mind so he could more freely write out the notes in his head. The musical image came to him spontaneously and intuitive illumination would come to surface without force.

You can create a perfect balance in your lives by inviting the elements which will stimulate your brain which is unique because of the kind of experiences you had in your life and awareness and understanding you had effecting certain decisions or choices for your life and the people related to you; by finding the subjects you are good at or you might be interested it in improving. This kind of approach will touch to your life and everyone you are connected to. You are unique because you have the answers with you all along and you just need to listen to your intuition and explore what can actually flourish your life in a profound way.

There is an innocent little child in your subconscious part of your brain. If you dont constantly monitor and stimulate as needed, nurture and keep occupied with positive activities, that innocent child will start to act according to the information printed and programmed in a very early age. That information is given partly genetically mostly learned. The experiences the child had or witnessed will compass the subconscious part of the brain to take over and do things uncontrollably like cleaning compulsively or shopping compulsively, or drinking too much. That child doesnt know when to stop. There is no time realm in subconscious level and there is no sense of judgment or analyzing. The child just starts doing something; he does it and not being supervised he will continue doing that compulsively.
